A good turnout. Lots of honks and waves.

Monday, February 17– 4 to 5:30 pm

Corner of Sunset Drive and Orleans Street (outside the Orleans Post Office)

Background:  Our letter carriers, members of National Association of Letter Carriers BranchNALCLOGO (NALC)  450 have been working without a contract for more than 600 days.  The Postal Service offered a measly 1.3% raise that will not even begin to cover the rising cost of living.  Letter carriers overwhelmingly and rightly rejected the contract offer.  The Postal Service and NALC are in negotiations again.  Stand with Letter Carriers to make it clear that our community supports a contract that honors the work and dedication of Letter Carriers.
